Why not take a closer look through the use of our suite of cameras?

They say that seeing is believing. I believe that to be true when it comes to sports performance.

We have a suite of cameras that can show you your stroke from multiple angles.

  • How is your body position?

  • How is your kick?

  • Is your catch effective?

  • Do you have any bad habits?

  • How is your timing?

  • Where could you make yourself more efficient?

What is it like to have a lesson?

This video explains what it’s like to have a lesson with Paddlefish Pools.

  1. We’ll first have a conversation about your swimming background and what your goals and objectives are

  2. You’ll have a warm-up in the pool. If this is the first time that you’ve swum in an Endless Pool, it will also give you the opportunity to get used to the experience.

  3. After your warm-up we’ll take some video footage from our suite of cameras so that you can see what I can see.

  4. We’ll identify the one or two areas to work on to have the greatest impact and try out some drills to refine those points

  5. I’ll share the videos with you and give you some ‘homework’ to work on.

  6. Repetition is the key to successfully changing your stroke. Once you’ve worked on the improvement areas for 4-6 weeks, come back again and we’ll work on the next most important aspect.
